Online ADHD Therapy for Kansas Clients
Do you start a million things and finish none of them? Lose time constantly, even when you’re trying to be productive? Get overwhelmed by tasks that seem “easy” to everyone else, then spiral into guilt, self-criticism, or burnout?
If your brain feels like it runs in 56 directions at once, or completely shuts down when something matters, this might be ADHD.
You might be dealing with:
Trouble with focus, memory, and motivation (even for things you care about)
Forgetting appointments, birthdays, or whether you’ve eaten today
Paralysis when faced with “simple” tasks like doing laundry or making a phone call
Impulse decisions you regret, or trouble managing money and time
Constant internal shame for not living up to your potential
Rejection sensitivity: feeling devastated or anxious when you think someone is upset with you or doesn’t like you
Burnout from masking, overcompensating, or trying to “just try harder”
ADHD used to be seen as being overly hyper or distracted… but it’s much more than that. It’s a whole-body, whole-brain experience that affects how you think, feel, relate, and exist in the world. It often overlaps with anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, and even trauma.
How I Help
Therapy for ADHD with me is part emotional support, part executive function strategy, and part identity reclamation. We’ll explore how ADHD shows up in your life and find what works for you.
In sessions, we can work on:
Building scaffolding around time blindness, task initiation, and follow-through
Identifying shame-based thought patterns and replacing them with compassion and realistic expectations
Practicing skills for emotional regulation, especially during burnout or rejection sensitivity
Creating flexible systems for daily life that don’t require constant willpower
Exploring your identity beyond productivity or people-pleasing
I have ADHD myself, so I understand what it’s like to lose track of time, freeze up over “easy” tasks, or feel like you’re constantly behind. I bring that lived experience into the room with compassion, curiosity, and zero shame. There’s enough shame out there already, you most certainly don’t need more of it in therapy! ADHD Diagnostic Screenings
Not sure if ADHD is the issue, or if it’s actually depression, anxiety, or a trauma response that is making it harder to function? I offer diagnostic assessments for teens and young adults to help identify the root causes of concentration, organization, and emotional challenges. Together, we can clarify what’s going on and how it’s impacting your daily life.
